NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in Favor Of Plaintiff, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 12th day of April, 2017, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 2, 2017 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 6, WESTCHASE SECTION 324, TRACT C-5, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page(s) 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 9518 Harpender Way, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
