NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, and entered in 29-2009-CA-000324 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT/OWNER N/K/A DAMIEN CRAWFORD; ROSE MARIE STRICKER TAYLOR; HENRY TAYLOR are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
