NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-005992 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and BMO Harris Bank National Association successor by merger to M&I Bank, Jessica Vincent aka Jessica Ann Vincent aka Jessica Ann Boyd, State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins Co as subrogee of Delmar D. Wiemers, Todd Vincent aka Todd M. Vincent aka Todd Michael Vincent, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
