NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 2-7-8, also known as Unit 608A, HARBOUR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. TWO, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 74-76, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3335, Page 719, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 100 Bluff View Drive, #608A, Belleair Bluffs, Florida, 33770.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 30, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
