NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-007115-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Ruby Brooks; The Unknown Spouse of Ruby Brooks; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; United States of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 4, OF PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 52, TOWN OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PHASE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
