NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 08, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-006885-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Joyce A. Frankenfield a/k/a Joyce Frankenfield, as Custodian of Amber Nicole Frankenfield, as an Heir of the Estate of David Frankenfield a/k/a David H. Frankenfield a/k/a David Herbert Frankenfield, Deceased; Joyce A. Frankenfield a/k/a Joyce Frankenfield, as Custodian of Faith Elizabeth Frankenfield, as an Heir of the Estate of David Frankenfield a/k/a David H. Frankenfield a/k/a David Herbert Frankenfield, Deceased are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, COUNTRYSIDE TRACT 6 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
