YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 16-L, VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, according to condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 114-124, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4941, Page 1, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2549 Royal Pines Circle, #16L, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 5-29-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
