NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-2452-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FAITH HOUSE FLORIDA, INC., f/k/a CHRISTIAN RECOVERY CENTERS, INC. A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #2; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #3; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #4; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #5; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #6; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #7; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #8, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Block L, corrected map of HARVEY'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida, was formerly a part of. Parcel ID#24-31-16-37512-012-0020
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
