YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 20, SNELL AND HAMLETT'S NORTH SHORE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H3, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
more commonly known as 243 18th Avenue Northeast and, 245 18th Avenue Northeast, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704.
