NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003287-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PROF-2013S3 Legal Title Trust IV, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Donna S. Casey, Florence M. Boyce, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
