DIOS A/K/A MANUEL CHOUZA DIOS, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ANN BEAN A/K/A ANN M. BEAN; DISCOVER BANK; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES are the Defendant(s).
