NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, and entered in 09-007079-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2004, SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2004-NC1 is the Plaintiff and HOLLY K. GALL, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 7, 2007, KNOWN AS THE MERRITT FUNDING TRUST; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MARGARET WOOD; VERLENE MERRITT A/K/A VERLENE MCCULOUGH; JAMES MERRITT; VINCENT SCHUM; AMBER SCHUM; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 7, 2007, KNOWN AS THE MERRITT FUNDING TRUST are the Defendant(s).
