GALL, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 7, 2007, KNOWN AS THE MERRITT FUNDING TRUST; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MARGARET WOOD; VERLENE MERRITT A/K/A VERLENE MCCULOUGH; JAMES MERRITT; VINCENT SCHUM; AMBER SCHUM; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 7, 2007, KNOWN AS THE MERRITT FUNDING TRUST are the Defendant(s).
