NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 05, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-001376-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF T. SCOTT DEAN A/K/A TIMOTHY SCOTT DEAN A/K/A T. S. DEAN A/K/A SCOTT DEAN, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 246, GREENDALE ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 78, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
