NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 24, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003205-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES CHASEFLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-M1 is Plaintiff and NICOLE OWENS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of September, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 5412, THE ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8919, PAGES 2522 THROUGH 2779, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
