NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-003706-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association, As Trustee For Deutsche Alt-a Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Pedro Luis Amaro, Jane Doe n/k/a Hilda Gurmeitle, John Doe n/k/a Carlos Ventura, Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., Vizcaya Master Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 29th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
