Final Judgment was awarded on June 23, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002819-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE JANE FRY, DECEASED; BANBURY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ZELLWOOD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARY JEAN DICKSON; GERALD WAYNE FRY A/K/A GERALD W. FRY; FLORIDA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT 1754 BANBURY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 5 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3055 PAGE 630 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
