NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure and Damages dated July 25, 2017, and entered in Civil Action Number 16001973CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte, Florida, wherein WILLIAM F. PRETSCH is the Plaintiff and THERESE NUNES, DECEASED; ALYSIA NUNES, and ASHTON ZEHER et al., are the Defendants.
I WILL SELL to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on August 28, 2017 at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1436, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
