Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 16001222CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and EDMOND BENOIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDMOND BENOIT N/K/A MEDGINE BENOIT; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA; BURNT STORE MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION N/K/A BURNT STORE MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
