With a street address of: 1004-1006 35TH Avenue Drive, East, Bradenton, FL 34208.
has been filed against you, Manatee County, Ken Burton Jr., Tax Collector in and for Manatee County, Florida, Bank of America, N.a., and any unknown tenants that may be in possession of the property, and all parties who claim any right, title or interest, by through or under you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Darren Devlin or John Kauffman, the plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Law Offices of Jason C. Tatman, APC, 5677 Oberlin Drive, Suite 210, San Diego, CA 92121, on or before 30 days after first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
