NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA002980 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and Dennis L Vorse; Ruth E. Vorse; Palmetto Point Civic Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant In Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 709 AND 710, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
