NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004059000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Miguel A. Mojica, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Carmen Ortiz, deceased, Andover Homeowners Association of Polk County, Inc., Eric N. Ortiz a/k/a Eric Ortiz, as an Heir of the Estate of Carmen Ortiz, deceased, Leesander Rodriguez, as an Heir of the Estate of Carmen Ortiz, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 22nd day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
