NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-1717-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HOLIDAY MANOR COOPERATIVE, INC. is Plaintiff, and FREIDA L. BUCKLEY; JACK C. BOWDEN, JR. ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREIDA L. BUCKLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK C. BOWDEN, JR. N/K/A BRENDA BOWDEN, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, Florida, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of August 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit #301 of Holiday Manor Cooperative, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master From Proprietary Lease recorded in Officials Records Book 2258, Pages 1828-1886, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A: 623 Palm Drive, Unit 301
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
