NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of July, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001777-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-15, is the Plaintiff and MARIA SANTOS A/K/A MARIA DEL CARMEN SANTOS; ALBERTO SANTOS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 189, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
