NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 25, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-002267-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL ANTHONY CAGNA A/K/A MICHAEL A. CAGNA A/K/A MICHAEL CAGNA, DECEASED; LEANNE CAGNA; TIMERWOOD OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC., ET. AL., are Defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 24, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
