NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA001639CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Margie E. Llanes a/k/a Margie Llanes; Lawrence L. Llanes a/k/a Lawrence Llanes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B.; Thousand Oaks Master Association, Inc.; Thousand Oaks Phases 2-5 Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103 IN THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE IV ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53 PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
