NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA000362CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and ERIC GILBERT REICH A/K/A ERIC G. REICH; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PALM LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEIL EDWARD REICH; KEVIN ALOYSIUS REICH A/K/A KEVIN A. LOT 38, PALM LAKE TRACT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 84 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
