YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Judgment on the following described property:
Lot 20, PARADISE SHORES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 80 and 80A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
a/k/a 1502 Sandpiper Lane, Sarasota, FL 34239.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to M. Lewis Hall, III, Esquire, of Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 200 S. Orange Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34236, either within 30 days after first publication of this notice, or on or before September 4, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plainitff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the releief demanded in the complaint or petition.
