NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 006509 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2005-8 is Plaintiff and VALERIY LITSENSHTEYN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; DIVA MANAGEMENT, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN MORTGAGE; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 17 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
