PERKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN M. PERKINS NOW KNOW AS GEORGE MANN; CITY OF FORT MYERS, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; HOPE GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash.
