Plaintiff, v.
PATRICIA LITERSKI, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES,
GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PATRICIA LITERSKI; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and THE
UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 25 day of July, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-001413 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VILLAGES OF ASCOT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA LITERSKI and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes ,on the 24 day of August, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 105, Phase 12, VILLAGES OF ASCOT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1939, at Page 4083, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
