Final Judgment was awarded on December 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-053152, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and PAUL CONNOLLY; SASHA KAMINIK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UN KNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
