NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure dated July 31, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-053244 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 20TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff and RAYMOND L. WILDMAN JR. and MARTINE L. WILDMAN are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on August 30, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
