NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-008752 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GREEN TREE 2008-MH1 BY GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MICHAEL LINSLEY A/K/A MICHAEL P. LINSLEY A/K/A MICHAEL PATRICK LINSLEY, DECEASED are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 24, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, OF UNIT 2, AYERS HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS: A 1974 COVERED WAGON TRAILER DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS F5216A AND F5216B AND TITLE NUMBERS 13382387 AND 13382386.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
