AS NOMINEE FOR PREFERRED HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, the name being fictitious to account for unknown party in possession; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, the name being fictitious to account for unknown party in possession; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants,

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Hillsborough County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 24, Hammocks, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 107, Page(s) 45, as recorded in Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This action is titled THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., v. AISHA M. TURNBULL, et al., Case Number: 2016-CC-032446. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Theresa L. Donovan, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
