COSTIS, ESQUIRE, of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before 9-4-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit C-203, Cornell Building, and as undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM as recorded in O.R. Book 4068, Pages 1766 through 1830, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 22 through 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
