Dumont are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A LEASEHOLD ESTATE INTEREST ONLY IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY CREATED BY CONDOMINIUM LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7744, PAGE(S) 1002-1015, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 26, ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT EIGHTY, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7724, PAGES 1293-1325 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
