NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - March 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-001596-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S.BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CMLTI ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC3, is Plaintiff and LALLA KING, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block D, WEST SHADOW LAWN, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4636 Yarmouth Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL, 33711.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
