NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of July, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006008-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMY FAGERMAN A/K/A AMY M. FAGERMAN AMY FERGUSON; GINNY R. MAHONEY; CINDY ROTARIUS; TRACY ACKER A/K/A TRACY E. ACKER; WENDY HUBER A/K/A WENDY R. HUBER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF OTIS COX, SR. A/K/A OTIS E. COX A/K/A OTIS EDWIN COX, SR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF OTIS COX, JR. A/K/A OTIS EDWIN COX, JR.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of September, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 860 FEET, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD, OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS AND EXCEPT THOSE LANDS CONVEYED IN WARRANTY DEED FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6194, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
