NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-005527-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF TERESA N. HARRIS A/K/A TERESA NELSON HARRIS A/K/A TERESA HARRIS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 130, Waterford Lakes Tract N-7 Phase II, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 31, Pages 5 and 6, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
