NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003994-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE LEADER MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JANELLE J. HARTSGROVE A/K/A JANELLE JUNE HARTSGROVE; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; THE VILLAS OF ORLANDO, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of September, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 96, THE VILLAS OF ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO, RECORDS IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3119, PAGE 1752, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
