NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 July, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001861-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Patricia Stewart a/k/a Patricia D. Stewart, is the defendant, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 5th of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 70, NORTHWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 39 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
