NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000111-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-PR2 TRUST is Plaintiff and RONALD DUREK A/K/A RON DUREK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD DUREK A/K/A RON DUREK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAGLES LANDING NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 123, HUNTER'S CREEK-TRACT 145, PHASE III, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 40, 41 AND 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
