NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-008985-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF15 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FAREST JAMES WALKER A/K/A FAREST J. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
