Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at eleven o'clock a.m., on Sept 7th, 2017.
