NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2017, and entered in 17000110CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and JANINE GRAZIANO, AS PERSONAL RESPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL FAMILIER, DECEASED; JANINE GRAZIANO; NADINE FIGUEROA; STEVEN ROSENTHAL A/K/A STEVEN J. ROSENTHAL; VISUAL ARTS CENTER OF PUNTA GORDA FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
