NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15002324CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which City of Punta Gorda is the Complainant, Certain Lands Upon Which Special Assessments are Delinquent, namely 412 Allen St., Punta Gorda, FL 33950 is the Defendant, Special Magistrate James E. Toale will sell to the highest bidder by live auction at the southernmost covered walkway near the roundabout near the FedEx and UPS boxes at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 East Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13 AND THE WEST ½ OF LOT 14, BLOCK 96, HATCH'S SUBDIVISION, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
