NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA001520AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-7, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is Plaintiff and BROWN, TANYA AND WILLIE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk ANGELINA M. COLONNESO shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 29, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
