NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005244 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and RUSSELL GREGG CASON A/K/A RUSSELL CASON are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

PERPENDICULAR TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4 TO THE SE 1/4, 25.00 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID LINE AND THE EAST RIGHT WAY OF 12TH STREET EAST FOR P.O.B; THENCE CONTINUE S.89°51'40”E. OF 85.50 FEET; THENCE S.00°08'20”W., PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4, AND 110.5 FEET THEREFROM, 89.33 FEET, THENCE N.89°51'40' PERPENDICULAR TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4, 85.50 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID LINE AND THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY SAID 12TH STREET EAST; THENCE N00°00'20”E. ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 AND 25.00 FEET THEREFROM 89.33 FEET TO THE P.O.B, LYING AND BEING IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
