NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 3, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-007573 AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD4, Plaintiff and JACQUELINE WRIGHT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TRIAD FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are defendant), Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on September 5, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
