NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-003068-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4 , is the Plaintiff and Jennifer B. Perry a/k/a Jennifer Perry, Jerry M. Perry a/k/a Jerry M. Perry, Jr. a/k/a Jerry Perry, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Franklin Financial Corp., an Op. Sub. of MLB&T Co., FSB, Ridgewood Lakes Master Association, Inc., The Forest at Ridgewood Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 5th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
